Single Room – Starting from € 690/month
Our rental prices are all-inclusive, covering:
- Electricity, water, heating, internet, and broadcasting fees
- € 1000 security deposit
- Security deposit and Monthly rent will be paid straight to the landlord
Additional Pricing Information
- One-time Administration Fee of € 150 (rental agreement, processing, broker Fee etc.)
- Additional services (if booked separately)
- Must be paid to Shanti Housing in full upon signing the rental agreement
- On-Site Handling Fee of € 50 (personal handover upon move-in and room inspection upon move-out, checking for damages, replacement of items, and ensuring that the room is left in a clean condition)
- Paid to the property management at check-in
